The Challenge

QRM Connect's launch needed two demos, solving two different problems. The sales version had to carry a live call, and what existed was a string of stitched-together video clips: every transition meant the rep had to pause to add context, breaking the flow of the conversation rather than letting the demo carry it. Since the videos were built from screen recordings, there was no way to update them as the product or campaign details changed. The self-led version, meant to run unsupervised on a landing page comparing the RCS and SMS journeys, needed a platform that could hold a prospect's attention with zero guidance.

The Approach

For the sales demo, I pitched rebuilding it as a single interactive prototype instead of another video. Figma gave me a build I could go back into and update directly, allowing dates and details to stay current, while giving reps a true start-to-finish journey, including the moment the AI calls the patient's PCP, so they could walk a prospect through without a single break. For the self-led demo, I compared two leading interactive platforms against the experience I needed to build and chose Arcade for its ability to guide a viewer step-by-step with zero rep narration.

The Build & Impact

The result was two demos built for two very different moments: one that stayed reliable for reps to bring into live calls, and another engineered to let a prospect explore the differences between RCS and SMS on their own, at their own pace. Sales quickly adopted the Figma version as their go-to asset over the one the product team had built, and feedback singled it out as one of the best demos they had to bring into calls. Both demos sat inside a broader campaign that included landing pages, emails, PowerPoint slides, as well as static and animated socials.
