The Challenge
As any marketing team knows, social media demands are relentless. From the pressure of multiple posts a week to the last-minute "can this go live in 30 minutes?" requests, the volume is constant. As the sole designer supporting Healthmine's LinkedIn presence, I knew the existing workflow wasn't sustainable and that finding a smarter solution wasn't optional; it was necessary.
The Approach
Alongside refreshing the visual direction to align with the updated brand, the deeper goal was to remove the bottleneck entirely. I wanted to build something that gave the marketing team real autonomy without putting brand consistency at risk.
The Built & The Impact
Using Figma, I developed a library of 10+ LinkedIn templates, all brand-approved, customizable, and built to be self-serving. Each template was constructed with Figma's auto layout and intentional constraints to keep the designs flexible without being easily broken. Marketers could add or remove icons, CTAs, images, and adjust colors without touching the underlying structure. The library covered standalone single blog posts and full suites for events and webinars, with pre- and post-event/webinar options in both single-image and carousel formats.
The result was a workflow that no longer depended on one person. This system kept the company's LinkedIn presence consistent and on-brand, supporting a stretch that saw a 16x increase in followers and 10,416 monthly impressions, and giving newer formats like animated content the stable foundation to expand from.
