The Challenge

This asset had a long journey before it found its format. Early versions lived as a deck slide, which didn't have enough room to be visually punchy or tell the full story alongside supporting ROI data. An infographic was explored next, but the format had the opposite problem. With a flexible amount of space, it led to overexplanation of the product and capabilities, which didn’t hold the viewers’ attention long enough to land the key takeaway.

The Approach

Before touching a single file, the project started with a kickoff call to uncover why the previous formats had fallen short and what the stakeholders actually needed the asset to do. With a live event coming up, the goal became clear: create something visually striking, easy to digest, and showcasing the platform in a way that felt intuitive and credible. That same call surfaced a second deliverable. The original booth animation needed to be refreshed to not only align with the new branding, it needed to be heavily shortened from 3 minutes to less than one and it needed to be able to work alongside the new two-pager.

The Build & Impact

The two-pager was built around a simple, three-step story: a prospective client brings their existing data, and with the help of Healthmine’s platform, they’re able to target, engage, and produce measurable outcomes through tailored campaigns. The layout leaned on brand color strategically to guide the eye and keep the content digestible without flattening the visual impact. The booth animation mirrored the two-pager intentionally, so anyone who had seen the handout could immediately connect the two at a glance. The results at the event backed the approach, in-person meetings increased by 5x, and two of those conversations turned into discovery calls.
